About The Program

“Quality Education for Quality Life” – REHDON, with this motto, was established in the year 2000 AD. Since the institution’s inception, REHDON has always committed itself to providing comprehensive knowledge in every discipline. The Faculty of Management, with a team of professional expertise, focuses on providing in-depth knowledge of management at the secondary school, creating a strong foundation for higher degrees. 

The faculty’s main objective is to produce future managers, bankers, and chartered accountants by offering comprehensive management education. REHDON also fosters the concept of entrepreneurship among the younger generation with continual support even after graduation. With the inclusion of carious extracurricular activities (ECAs)  and Co-curricular activities (CCAs) such as sports and quizzes, project building, and demonstrations, we seek to explore and promote students’ hidden talents. 

Our faculty provides students with a practical knowledge base and prepares them for a wide range of opportunities in the management field with competence and confidence.

Program Objectives

• To provide a two-year intermediate level education in business and commerce.
• To equip students with foundational knowledge in accounting, marketing, economics, and business communication.
• To prepare students for higher studies in business administration.
• T prepare students for entry-level positions in banking, finance, sales, or marketing.

+2 Management Course Structure

Eligibility For +2 Management

REHDON College uses a comprehensive evaluation system to select a highly motivated group of students to join the program. Please check the eligibility requirements

1. Students must have taken the SEE/GCSE/CBSE or equivalent exams securing 2.8 GPA and above at the time of admission.
2. The grade requirements of specific subjects must conform to the ones set by NEB as minimum requirement: D+ in English, Nepali and Social Studies.
3. A sound academic ability to fulfil the rigours of this challenging programme. 
4. Students must take an exam set by the College prior to entry.
5. Students must attend an interview with their guardian.

Scope of +2 Management

+2 Management course provides a foundation for various careers in business, finance, marketing, and administration, opening doors to entry-level jobs and further studies like BBA, BBS, and related fields.

Entry-Level Positions: Graduates can find opportunities in banking, customer service, sales, administrative roles, and other sectors. 

Business Administration: The course lays the groundwork for careers in business administration, finance, accounting, marketing, and sales. 

Entrepreneurship: It can also be a stepping stone for aspiring entrepreneurs. 

Human Resource Management: The program equips students with knowledge relevant to human resource management. 

Public Administration: The course can also lead to careers in public administration. Hotel Management, Tourism, and Event Planning: Students can also pursue careers in hospitality, tourism, and event management.
